At Tata Elxsi, I worked on projects across consumer electronics, household products, and automotive industries, helping brands create better user experiences. My focus was on understanding real user needs and translating insights into meaningful design improvements.

As a Design Researcher, I led interviews, user testing, and field studies to uncover pain points and validate concepts. I worked closely with designers and stakeholders to turn research into actionable changes, ensuring products were intuitive, functional, and user-friendly.

Key Learnings & Retrospection
